As a Senior Art Director, Divya brings a sharp eye, relentless creativity, and a love for turning big ideas into even bigger campaigns. She thrives on tricky briefs - more challenge means more fun. Known for crafting, refining, and crafting again (because satisfaction is a myth), she believes in good kerning and only using AI when humans aren’t available. She doesn’t like hearing "this is too hard", mostly because she knows it’s not.

Beyond the work but within her field, Divya is a proud two-time Auntie in The Aunties program, mentoring incredible women breaking into advertising. She’s also been an Award School Tutor, finding a real high in shaping creative careers. And she was honoured to judge artworks on endometriosis for Richter Gideon, witnessing some of the most powerful work by women living with the condition.

She’s a woman, a mum, in her 40s, of Indian origin, and has been told she’s funny - although she was just being fearlessly awkward. With 15 years in several agencies like VML, Ogilvy, CHE, Bruni Dunn (now Halo agency), DDB Mudra and more, she still hasn’t cracked the true meaning of “agency culture” (and frankly, doubts anyone else has either).
